She cares about him, and tbh, Aya is acting strange. Anna is worried about Naruko as well, and of course Sou too. When she and Aya were talking, she asked Aya to talk to Naruko because she was worried. She's honestly a really positive and nice girl. Just with a slow (really slow) character development that can get sorta annoying tbh.
Tbh, even I don't want Sou to get with Aya, it just feels... off. Aya isn't that sweet if you ask me, and it's probably cus she's being stubborn now but idk. She doesn't give me a good feel-
