I mean it is already suggested since he is a king, the story is surprising historically accurate compared to a lot of historical stories here. Historically speaking, a lot of rulers were inbred as they believed royalty they should keep their "amazing" genetic or blood or bloodline to themselves, hence why they kept marrying cousins to cousins or sometimes even uncles to nieces.
idk if i liked good day to be a dog more or this one. this author knows how to make likeable characters. also i noticed seoha didn't look the same anymore around ch50 but i saw that the author lost vision in one eye around that time and almost gave up on this series. im so glad she didnt
