I just wanna comment that yall should read other works of Konohara Narise because they are the best. She writes wonderful angst stories, especially Hako no Naka and Utsukushii Koto (they are novels btw) and one of them was illustrated by Hidaka Shoko (author of Hana wa Sakuka and Yuuutsu na Asa) ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

It was a bit stressing for me to read at first, like i was way past ch20 but i was still skeptical cause i usually dun like that kind of drama but im overall happy with the ending (well for the main couple). I still hate the twin older bro and the girl bestfriend like wtf, like theres no closure? I didn't understand anything either. The plot and their characterizations are all over the place and contradicts itself and I literally cringed from the tropey things that's happening left and right.
Now im wondering why the high ratings

a) (was) stoned up the wazoo his whole high school life.
b) Stupid af
c) The biggest drama queen
d) Bipolar
With bipolar being the least insulting to his character.
previous comments have mentioned this too–both mc's are unreliable narrators. which makes it kind of confusing, especially since most bl are never this complex, but interesting. i think if you go in with that in mind everything makes a lot more sense. anyway no need to get hostile, we're all here just to enjoy it.

Hogu Hagyeongsu is definitely a fucked up story but id honestly read that again than this manga. At least i can feel the psychological genre there than this one. All i feel is frustration why this plot is so bad (and im usually the type that reads any bl and doesn't complain) but i cant forgive this one ugh
I don't get why ppl need to diss the first couple. You can love the second pairing without dissing the other pair. Since there are ppl who likes it too. For me i like both so its all good ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ i also like the threesome from before
i just dont like the first couple bc of the manipulative guy idk he just really ruined it for me and others feel the same but obviously thats just my opinion though, sun-yools side story saved this manhwa for me
