So things to look forward to
(reminder that Cale only has knowledge of the novel until volume 5)
- So after they saved the black dragon, cale will free it but the baby dragon will follow him instead secretly using invisibility magic (tho the cats and Choi Han knew and Cale acting as if he didn't know).
- He will meet Taylor Stan and the crazy priestess, Cage, along the way. Taylor is Venion's brother. Cale wants to get another ancient power but in the original novel, Taylor was supposed to get that power bec he wanted to use it to cure his legs (he's a cripple and Venion caused it) but ended up dying anyway, but Cale felt bad that he will take away that hope (ancient power) from Taylor so he gave him an alternative solution (anonymously).
- So cale will gain another ancient power, which is called Vitality of the Heart. It's an ancient power that let's him regenerate/heal and will always keep him healthy.
- The terror incident will happen and our Cale will end up saving everyone by using his indestructible shield. He will cough a lot of blood but that was bec of the Vitality of the Heart fixing his insides lol. But ofc people around him didn't think so
- Choi Han and Cale will do a vow (of marriage) jk lol no but vow of death. Where Cale will tell Choi Han truthful answers but if ever he lied, Cale will die
(at this point, iirc, Cale was allowing the dragon to follow him and the dragon's reason for following Cale was bec "he is a weak human")
- Cale meets Crown Prince Alberu. They wanted to reward Cale for saving the people but Cale strictly refused any honor reward, instead wanted money kek. Oh yea, while Cale was talking to Alberu, the dragon is always with Cale but just invisible. So the dragon noticed something about Alberu. That he is actually strong and hiding his power and his blond hair and blue eyes are fake color. Which made Cale thought "I learned something useless"
(Okay maybe I will just give really short spoilers at this point lol)
- Cale will send Choi Han away to meet Rosalyn (a mage and princess) and Lock (from Wolf Tribe) <-- Choi Han's original party members from the novel
- Cale will gain another ancient power which is called Sound of the Wind (makes his feet quicker) then he met a dying person (more like person from the Whale tribe). He remembered that guy was supposed to die in the novel but saved him anyway so he can favor from the Whale King.
....ugh actually okay very shortcut spoilers lmao (or else I might end up writing the whole novel )
- Okay all in all, Cale will gain 7 ancient powers, 5 of them are the main elements (water, fire, wood, wind and earth) then the two are the Vitality of the Heart and Dominating Aura <-- it's a scam ancient power lmao, he can emit a very intimidating aura, making the ppl around him afraid and couldn't breathe, but that's it. Tho the water ancient he got is for limited use only and can be used up. Also the wood and vitality will fused so now he has 6 ancient powers
- They will meet an ancient dragon (gold dragon Eruhaben) and was surprised to see Cale and was wondering why Cale hasn't exploded yet. Turns out just gaining 2 ancient powers can kill a person especially our Cale has very weak "plate" plus there's a saying that a person is extremely lucky to gain 1 ancient power yet Cale has 6. The Vitality of the Heart was the one that keeps him alive for now. In order for him not to die, he needs the 5 main elements (but rmb the water Cale had is for limited use only and not rly fused in his soul

- a certain very special chapter.... the dragon wanted Cale to name him... and he was like "don't tell me you're just gonna name me black dragon" and Cale was like "So what if I did" and the dragon was like "No I like it very much" but Cale actually gave a thought in naming him. He will name him Raon Miru, which means joyful dragon
- Raon will have his revenge on Venion. Venion will be tortured by Beacrox while Raon will watch. But since they can't really kill him, he will be tortured for 4 days but 1 day will felt like a year for Venion lol serves him right

Haha okay more (major) spoilers ahead
- First major battle will happen in the Henituse territory. They will defend the wall. Cale is the commander. The enemies are from the indomitable alliance (some kingdoms in the western continent and is on cahoots with the organization that killed the people in Choi Han's village, they are called Arm).
Cale will also gain a necromancer companion named Mary and will play an important role in the battle. Since the enemies will use wyverns in the sky, Cale's side will use dragon bones
- He wanted Choi Han and Mary to be the heroes in this battle but ofc Cale will be the center of unwanted attention kekek. He will used his shield to shield the whole territory from the enemies, cough a lot of blood and faint as usual rip
- Cale will end up using most of his water ancient so he only has like 3 days to live so Eruhaben went with him to gain the water ancient he's missing (around this time, Raon was out of action cause he's in his 1st growth phase) and aww, what triggered that was because his conversation with Cale before he went in his growth phase. Raon was asking Cale why he saved him and if he will save him again if ever he went through the same thing again and Cale said yes. Uwuwuwuwuwu
- A lot of battles will happen from then on but one of the most important battles is the one from the empire where the "main villain" will appear. He is called White Star. This will appean in like early 300 chapters tho in the novel (or was it late 200s)
- White Star is also someone who has many ancient powers but is missing earth so he is not balanced yet
- White Star is known to be the last dragon slayer. Eruhaben mistakenly thought Cale was the dragon slayer because of his dominating aura but that power actually originated from WS.
- White Star and Cale had a looooot of similarities. In fact they have same hair color (red) and kinda same eye color (tho Cale more on brownish red). They both also have a lot of ancient powers. So the first time WS saw Cale... he was very interested in him. He wanted to make Cale replace him as the dragon slayer. And in order to do that, Cale needed to eat a dragon heart. So when WS eyed Raon, Cale hugged Raon tightly
- White Star could also tell that Choi Han's time is warped same as with Cale.
- (major spoiler) In Cale's previous world and life, Kim Rok Soo, he actually already experienced apocalypse where monsters and abilities appeared all of a sudden. So when he was transmigrated in the novel, he wasn't fazed at all since he already experienced supernatural things. He was 36 in his original world. One of his abilities is to "record" where anything he see or read, he will remember all of it. Tho he can forget things he wants to forget. So when he was transmigrated, that ability also came with him. This is why he clearly remembers all the things that happened in the novel.
- (major spoiler) White Star's face (he usually wears a white mask)... is the same face of Kim Rok Soo (⊙…⊙ )

That terrible tl aside, so decided so catch up with this cause last time I read was around ch 40s but... it's cute and all but why is the plot so damn slow ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ can't she just grow up like at least 12 years old cause it's so unbelievable already that the ppl around her are taking her seriously even tho they know she's only 5. I mean, yes, we all know she's like 20 or so already mentally, but I'm starting to cringe whenever she's showing such an act when shes supposed to be 5 only. Like at least in the public, act your physical age. This reminds me when she was barely 1 but she can speak full sentence already (that part was so cringy) and I thought I'm alrdy done feelig cringy in this series. It is cute... but it feels wrong that Hal or the other guy or the white haired guy is seeing her as a potential romance partner???
