nooooo, it’s totally worth it!! the art style is gorgeous and the main couple has great chemistry, i do understand what they mean bc there were miscommunication issues between them at some point and that part was a bit frustrating tbh. but i still think it was realistic and just a part of their relationship journey

I honestly love this story, it's one of my favorites! There's also an english translation of the novel, but I'd need to look up the website again.
It's really amazing! It's true that there are frustrating misunderstandings, but they're not contrived. It's mostly because the main character is autistic* and the love interest seems neurotypical, so they have communication issues.
*Apparently the author has said he doesn't have any "mental disorders," but the characterization speaks for itself. If you, like me, know any autistic people (or are autistic yourself), it's almost painfully obvious that the MC is autistic.
It's such a beautiful story, one of my top 3. Definitely recommend it. Give it a read!
