Can't we assume Maya has at one point suggested to wake up to this off screen? Besides I doubt Maya would mind getting 'attacked' by Nemu. Plus this is fiction, I loved the sex scenes but while I thought about it bordering consent or not, I don't compare this to real life couple. So put down those pitchforks and be happy about seeing Nemu taking lead instead of arguing over what happened.
