from what i saw, the one that each member of the imperial family falls in love with will kill them. so if they meet someone they truly love, they will die. the only way to break this curse is a girl born from the imperial family.
the royal family only has males. they don't give birth to daughters. the curse says that the men of the royal family will die at the hands of their loved one. the only way to not die is to have a girl born into the royal family ^^
