I dont agree its purely obsession and sexual only. Taeha is a healthy man and attracted to a woman, it's obviously romantically and sexually. I believe there will be backstory how he fell in love with her and how he dealt with broken heart because Haesoo was married and then still lived with her ex-husband even after divorce. His tattoo and scars might have something to do with Haesoo, that he's so in love and attached to her but he thought he cant have her because she loved Mincheol and she never noticed him even though he frequent her shops. I think author is using sexual tension to show the intensity of his love for Haesoo but if you look closely, his love for Haesoo is deeper than that.

yeah dont bother, this story is just unsatisfying af. a lot of people dont deserve forgiveness but they'll end up with happy ending. not even worth for the baby in the side story.
