for anyone who forgot the plot the bottom's (black hair) mom basically murdered the top's (blondie) mom and the bottom knew about this since he was in high school but refused to turn his mom in to the police.
to kinda take away his guilt he started taking care of heeseo (blondie). but when the top find out about this he kinda accepted it and willing to be with the bottom despite knowing who killed his mom. but then the bottom refused and thats where we are now. ( he went crazy and kidnapped the bottom)
that's why some readers kinda rooting for the blondie because not only the bottom know who killed heeseo's mom but heeseo ended up in foster care and he was abused by his foster family. he took heeseo in at such a young age and being the only source of affection heeseo ever received only to dump him.
thats why in the first chapter heeseo said 'i am the monster you created'

i honestly skimmed the last few chapters and was shook. he knew since he was in high school? I thought he only knew when he confronted his mom in one of the last scenes from season 1

i think it was chapter 48 he saw his mom soiled shoes and bandaged hand. he already connected the pieces together and by chapter 49 he contemplated whether to report to the police or not
