Some of the dead women's dna/eggs/wombs were preserved so they make babies from there but only guys. And they also have OmniBreeders who are male and can impregnate any living being apparently. There are also receivers who are male but have a uterus up their ass for babymaking(like Charin).
Now for the current story, it's mostly about designer babies with special powers. Then they grow up and do fucked up stuff. There is also something about some monsters and illicit substances.
But for now we are focused on Jin trying to save Charin who is dying and got pregnant by rape green haired guy
