The tension in the novel was so high! Ruby was bead up 10x more and actually on a verge of collapse and their aura fight was so serious! This ended too quickly

I agree. My only hope is that what we’re seeing in this chapter is the brother’s pov of what happened and it reality it was far worse than what he believes it to be which will be clearer in the next chapter? He certainly is delusional enough to warrant it.

What is disappointing about this is that the manhwa has adapted some very heavy and tense scenes perfectly! Like the stable breakdown, Ruby denying Izek while out in the woods or sis confronting Ruby about her ED.
That's why we were all expecting them to adapt this very important, emotional, tense scene well ... Idk why they're rushing this so much!! This was such an important scene, but fron the last ep, they have completely fumbled it. Showing Caesar's side??? Trying to justify his behavior?? Just one little shove at Ruby and one little streak of blood down her face?? My girl in the novel was beat up!! Shards of glass sticking out of her! Blood everywhere! Barely conscious! That's why they all freaked out, that's why it was impactful! Caesar almost Killed her!! And she still stood up to stop Izek! Just a huge disappointment. It could have been so great
