I understand about age consent, but as a fact the frontal lobe of the brain is fully develop until u are 25 years old or so. This part of the brain is the one that help on making decision and such.
So I always had this question. Hypothetically, if a man who is 80 years old (brain too) in a body of a 19, would it be morally correct to have intercourse with 17?. Personally I dont think so, because the brain of that person will be able to have a different comprehension of the situations. As for the person with 17 y/o still have some experience and development to do. To fully comprehend the situation and act.
