I assume its because of the flashback, where he and jowoon visited an amusement park and started to talk about their dreams and aspirations. Jowoons says something along the lines like: "the reason i want to be an actor is because i can take the role of anyone i want to be" Jowoon later encourages Haesoo to pursue his dreams as well since he enjoys writing so much. The haesoo in the present has then some kind of monologue where he feels bad about the way he behaved in the past and regrets feeling jealous towards jowoon and admits they were both childish. Or smth
