Klopp is really a monster… he didn’t deserve Rapiel nor Aelock. But he does suffer, the regret and longing for Aelock does drive him slowly insane. They didn’t show it in the manhwa, but Klopp described the aftermath in detail in vol 2 and it was heartbreaking.

After Aelock dies, Klopp was slowly driven insane, he tried keeping himself sane for the kids. But as each kid left with their beloved, alone in the estate, Klopp suffered more tormented by the imprinting.
I’m not sure how his tormented. This is just speculations but nightmares would be one, seeing how the same imprint is tormenting the Klopp of Aelock’s return. Og Klopp must have been tortured by nightmares and hallucinations
He also describes about what Aelock’s addiction to pain killers did to the twins, they were born addicted and had a harder time growing up.
He would always look outside the Countess room (it’s his room) and look over the rose garden and cypress tress. You can feel the regret and longing in, but like Klopp said he realize what he wanted too late.
Also Rapiel’s their son finds about Aelock. It’s not explored how he found out, (someone spoiled it was Hugo. He saw Rapiel who looks like his master) but in one of the nightmares it was shown that they argued about it. After declaring he will never step foot in the estate where his mother died tragically. Klopp got mad at Aelock, again. Even beyond in death, Aelock tormented him. Klopp brought a hammer to destroy his tombstone, but his alpha son tried stopping him. Klopp ended up hurting his son instead… that was the last dream in vol 2 about Klopp’s delirium.
Reading vol 5. Klopp mentioned in anger (when he sees the Aelock of that world) what did he tell Rapiel? That you’re his mother.
Also Rayfiel (Ray) takes so much after Aelock not just looks, but most of his character.
