The whole story was basically a man who didn't pay attention to one conversation making up(or atleast trying to) years of trauma for the mc
I mean at that point I'd tell the emperor to just wait for something like a scandal to happen again and watch because it'll somehow effect the empress then I'd tell the empress that divorce is probably the only option
The fact that we all know Loretta is the only one who can save Melody is so funny

I can understand not liking people but this whole friend group is weird like why would anybody be okay with spreading rumors and stuff and not talk with the people who matter your friends! Thats why onyu is my favorite character
Honestly I kinda like how this progressed like some stories put even less chapters than this and somehow make people confused on how we got from point a to point b but this one imo has great progression
I understand not immediately thinking that he would be a dead friend but he looks the same they didn't change anything for the main character
