i tried staying away from u spoiling scum but anyways i think the child is the son to charlotte and dietrich from their first meet and she bad concieved a child bc he looks so alike to them. its also really stange how we didnt get mc backstory till like the middle and moreover how a lot of things were aligning with charlottes story and mcs (the biological father and step mother and step siblings household, the hobby of art, the failure in recieving and giving proper affection) so that makes me think that they really may be same person kinda like doctor elise, but thats kinda far fetched. I wonder if time doesnt prevail in the mansion and it lends to dietrich to be reborn again to where he finds his way back to charlotte like the star story. Another thing is that like 80 or something soul count it mentioned in the beginning.. could the times the mc was “playing the game” actually been just a inlook of her or charlottes past lives trying to stay alive and theyre forced to repeat everytime they die, specifically when dietrich dies?
