Yep yep, Fontaine is definitely lusting for Roxana which is incest. While for Dion, I think it is more of an emotional obsession, like he wants to see Roxanna cry, more of giving him her heart. That is why, Roxanna stated that it would be easier if Dion was lusting over her rather than his obsession is what I understood.
