Putting aside everything else, Seth and Horus are pretty darn good looking characters. And yeah, there is a hell of a LOT going on in this story and this is exactly what draws you in, it's not simple bl, it's got background and drama. It's fucking crazy and I'm here for it (my heart hurts tho). Waiting for season 2 to be released so I can hopefully see Seth healing and Horus backing him up (づ￣ ³￣)づ
