I think from what I understood, is that after the hypnosis was undone (during the sex scene) - the two memories merged, and he became someone who was showing signs of both hating and loving Woojin (like split personalities merging). And then Woojin cast a second hypnosis to make him forget because half of his personality was still rejecting him. But his body still remembers (and he also remembers the time Woojin felt him up while Woojin was drunk, which wasn't during hypnosis).
