This is just a hunch but I think Soo Aes zero total points had something to do with the novel. In chapter 38 the Novel was on a tarpaulin and Dowha saw the authors name which is Soo Ae (Aesoo) and made a joke about it. And in chapter 60 the blonde CEO came to Soo Aes room and saw the unreleased chapter (59) on Soo Aes laptop and he mentioned that the Novel's author is dead. So I just think that the Novel is the key to solve Soo Aes zero total love points.
