My favorite ship before was also Haru and Rin, but then I saw Sousuke and Rin together and I jumped ship. I think they are more compatible together than Haru and Rin are. My niece still hasn't forgiven me but I will stick by it forever. They are perfect in my book. (⌒▽⌒)
