I'm guessing since the setting is based on medieval times, a curtain that huge enough to need a ladder to place it on the pole seems to be very heavy especially when impacted. If it were light then it shouldn't need two people to carry one of those into the mansion as seen in one panel. So if one does fall at that height and hits a person then there's a possibility that the impact might cause that person to hit their head on the floor badly enough to cause a head injury which in case a possibility of death. I mean there are cases where people who slip on a banana peel CAN die from hitting their head on impact. MAYBE lmao
