Some people were saying the age gap feels off but I don't think that way 'cause Tsukasa didn't fall in love with Miki when he was a kid. He was just someone who gave him strength when he was at his lowest. He fell in love with him YEARS later when he saw him all grown up and now taking care of his family. Yeah, Miki did have a crush on him but all kids have a crush on someone older at some point
