No matter how much we love sukuna (at least i do) Itadori can't just let him go out and going rampage. Sukuna is a pure devil. We don't know about the "talk" he had while Itadori was dead. Seems like the pact wasn't there and Sukuna can still kill people.
Itadori won't risk the possibility to Sukuna killing his friends (anymore). I'm glad Itadori didn't use sukuna as his 'secret technique'.

The 'pact' still in tact- but because they gave sukuna all those fingers at once (which is a bit of a loophole) it allowed him to free roam *for a short period of time*. Sukuna is supposed to say the word in order to take control (but he didn't do that). But at least yuji is aware enough to not eat multiple fingers at once though .
