Seme basically obsessed with the uke and made him friendless and killed(?) the uke's parents so that the uke has no one to rely on but him. And also changed the uke's second gender without his consent... this is so fvcked up...

Some of the translation is really wonky an hard to understand but the plot is good. Having a low EQ boyfriend is really hard. Good thing he had some help from a psychiatrist. Happy tha he is trying to change for the better. The office/family business arc is quite interesting but some of the wonky translation ruined it so I didn't understand all of it.

Touching story.
The journey of first love. There are some loose ends like what happened to the mf father who did his sons dirty and the translation is wonky at times that you misunderstand stuff but I love the way the fought for their love. And the 2 sons get their happy ending...
