Hinata needed a room for himself and I needed them to say, "Why don't we move in together? That way we can afford a bigger place~" Where's that part? ╥﹏╥ Why do the pure series leave me? *so clingy*

Maybe it's just me, but this common plot line where the two M.C's just can't be open about their relationship, and in this case tell the son "Dad is love with sensei whatever his name is, would you like to call him papa sensei? He will be living here from now on" simple, and more reflective of real life than two grown adults blushing about kissing in the park and hiding the fact they are together.

It's not unheard of for teachers to have children of their own or relatives attend the same school though, therefore why would it be a big deal for them to have the same address and for the other teaching staff to know Hinata is his step child? It seems ridiculous that the two men aren't being open with Hinata, and that they are both scared to be open about their relationship in public or even doing something simple like moving in with each other because they are too scared of what others think. I guess because I'm not from Japan I don't have the same tolerance for these rather homophobic tropes being treated as an accepted part of life in regards to the plot. Why so many gay characters who are in relationships are shown to go for arranged marriage meetings with usually their boss's daughter is ridiculous.

I kinda get you view but I would say that it is due to the societal values. I cant really know whether they are scared of others opinion or not but even if they are, I think that is understandable. They were raised in such place where homosexuality is not that acceptable, especially among older generation. So if they are to move together, a lot of things might happen. They have to think of Hinata too. Im not from Japan as well but I do know about this kinda issues from my close friends. And from what Ive heard, some of the homophobes can actually be very extreme that it caused various problem to the pair.
And I've just finished reading the latest chapter.
