well, teppei liked nozomu for years and bc nozomu was only attracted and married to a woman before so he was insecure much.
also teppei is his first man (lets not forget teppei even said/think that nozomu get fucked by him bc nozomu needs his help for work) so he was not confident abt nzm's feeling.
tbh he is being a bit childish sometimes but I don't think it was hateful. I don't get it why ppl hating on teppei this much. nozomu is great but that kid is fine.
