There is so many untold thing in this manga....like the fact that vincent and sebastian looks a lot familiar....yet nobody has said this thing once till now....not tanaka san who was ciel's father's butler and not even madam red has said even though she used to love vincent yet we know that sebastian and vincent looks same

The author decided to make two endings and yes they end up together at the end in both. Both are set in the future when they're old men. One has it where the author guy passes away and the lighter haired guy is left with the last book. The other ending is where author guy retired and that's him on the page you linked to.
