I get it; it’s satisfying to see someone stick up for themselves. But we have to remember, she grew up in extreme poverty with a physically abusive parent, and then thought she escaped that with Mincheol, for him to eventually verbally and financially abuse her. She’s been worn down for most of her life. Not everyone keeps their self-esteem after that. It seems like in recent ch. she’s finally starting to be a little more confident, but it’s still not much T_T
