I'm confused do the brothers live together? Cause in their story they move in together before these two get together but then sometimes in this it seems like they don't live together so I'm confused.
Minato and Mito lived seperately even before this. Shohei and Shizuma used to live together in their parents house.
Now, Mito and Shohei lives together but Minato still lives alone while Shizuma still lives at his parents home. (they are currently looking for an apartment together)
for mito and minato it was never shown that they had lived together, while on the other hand shohei and shizuma lived together at the start with their parents until mito proposed to live in together with shohei so they now live at the space above their pet shop; them living together was what ignited shizumas’ want of him and minato also moving in together (=・ω・=) i hope i explained it well lol

I just went and reread the last bit of secret xxx and they are living together it's just weird cause in this one they seem to sometimes act like they're not living together
