I got frustrated. This is like a teen BL, it’s too immature and too juvenile for me. I don't think either parties are ready for such a serious relationship. Especially, our Eunjae in particular have such a fragile mental and physical state that overcomplicates all their problems. Sure they’re cute, but I can only see it as a first love thing and I know that they would have numerous obstacles in their future for them to be stable and mature. Heck, I dont think they can even last to adults, at least it’ll take a whole lot from their behaviors I’m seeing. I would be very interested to see them become adults though and see what happens
Tbh I do prefer the promo art. The current art is good, and could work for so many series out there but it’s just subpar for this one, especially after seeing the promo. It failed to portray the characters correctly. Like the MC, she is emotionless so her face is pretty much blank most of the time. I’ve seen too much emotions in her to really recognize that she lost her emotions, which is actually a big plot point. There are some little details that got changed in the adaptation that also subtly changes the nuances of the story. Ie. Her backstory when she was in the lab and her first impression of Lakus. Tbf I haven’t read far for the manhwa but as a novel reader, I feel that it is not doing the story justice. I loved the promo not only because the art is pretty but also the MC’s face is beautiful, doll like, and emotionless which portrays the MC perfectly. The scene panels also gave off the same vibe as the novel. In comparison to the recent adaptation, the MC feels like any female lead out there in stereotypical rofan stories.
The entirety of the novel was translated a few years ago by RubyM@ybe (not an @ but writing it as precaution). I personally liked it when I was younger, which is why I was checking the manhwa adaptation… It’s lacking, I agree. The promo does her more justice than the current manhwa art and the poor translations make it even less immersive. I will preface this with romance is secondary to the story from what I recall, so if you’re looking for lots of romantic development, then the novel won’t be for you. But if you like the FL’s personality and are interested in the plot, then maybe you’ll like it.
Bro even I’m confused and tired of ml’s BS so to think about how mc would feel. What is going on in his head. I like this story but goddam is it touching my nerves, it’s strangely bipolar. It’s sweet then they get distant then sweet again, like what is going on. Made me realize I can never stand a push and pull relationship fr
I’m still kind of confused. Yeah we know Seungju is so in love with his hyung, and hyung knows. But, is hyung in love with Seungju? I’d say yes since all his little sneaky, gentle touches and not to mention that beginning night. But why had he not made it clear? Why is he so ambiguous? He obviously cares a lot for Seungju but at the same time, kind of is distanced from him? I NEED to know what he is thinking inside his head. Currently, it looks like our poor Seungju is being lead on a little.
On a side note, when are we actually seeing hyung’s brother in the flesh?
Also, why does Seungjoo act so cold towards Muheyun (sp?), since he likes him so much? I get that he wants to get over Muheyun, but he acts like his hyung is a pest. Muheyun absolutely cares about Seungjoo, but he does act like he's leading him on (having sex with him then acting like a big brother, acting cuddly and touchy then teasing him like a sibling again). Neither will draw a clear line.

I changed my mind. You guys are right, uke sucks ass, metaphorically. Too bad I really liked his design… but after reading the side stories, it’s VERY clear this relationship wouldn’t and shouldn’t last tbh.
