From what I understand I think they infiltrated the prison to use the FL to lure out the trashy blue haired guy. That guy is basically plotting against sorcerers as a whole and wants to eradicate them all.
Also I think the blonde one is just crazy like that they drugged her to get the blue guy to pull up but Goldilocks over here got carried away and sent the FL into the heavens.
