The black arms, that if you look closely seem almost attached rather than growing out of him, just like his head with that weird pattern around his neck. I know both could be tattoos, but there’s more; his eyes that look exactly like the ones the zombies have and the big scar on his eye. And the biggest off putting part: his eerie innocence and behavior. He can’t tell apart right from wrong, had no idea what sex or even masturbation was, doesn’t hesitate to bang his own head before bashing another person’s skull, doesn’t know how to read or write; it’s almost as if he was recently born.
Now another big mystery: taking Sisyphus myth into account; did Guwon cheat death and was punished as well? That would explain his eyes similar to the undead. Also what if his punishment is on “standby” since the big ass rock at the top of the hill isn’t rolling back down, and he was assigned with the task to protect certain people with specific professions to save humanity?

1.- You would usually think that Guwon killed Heo’s father, but I’ve been in this game for a long time and I’m 85% sure that actually it was Heo who killed his own father. Maybe it wasn’t even intentional and did it unconsciously just like how he was choking Guwon now. That would explain the memory loss as both a type of coping mechanism and not fully understanding what happened.
2.- (I’m assuming we’re all adults here, if you’re a minor, read something else or don’t read this point) Asides from the size, Guwon’s cock is completely normal and the most realistic I’ve seen in a long time. And him saying he didn't kill his father, of course with his child like mind he would say no, cuz even if he did, he wouldn't even know that is MC's father, and plus he can lie, just like he did with the kids, but I feel the vibe that he didn't kill MC's dad and Mc is just making him suspicious in our eyes
