Cheonwoo basically hurt Ho-in their whole relationship. Tryin to hold onto the ghost of what he had with Teasoo and being too scared and self deprecating to take the jump and go completely to Ho-in. Instead he just strung him along. Then around chapter 79 he left Ho-in waiting all night long for him while he decided to angry fuck Teasoo then got sick with guilt. Then finally went to Ho-in in the early morning to admit what he had done, and has been kicking himself in the ass since. Tryin to come to terms and cope with what a shitbag he was.
