She on the other hand was an adult till not long ago that got inside Nina's body. She did get a nosebleed over his handsomeness in their first meeting. She also referred to Nina as a kid more than once, showing she is clearly older. This justifies she not being attracted to the King's brother that is around Nina's age and being closer to the king, the knight and the doctor instead. This is told in her perspective and she would feel like a pedo going for someone that's around that body age.
Again. Nothing happens between them before she grows up. And it's not grooming cuz she is literally mentally an adult. If you think of it as grooming you'll need to stay away of many romance with reincarnated mcs.
