I really don’t see how showing a woman who’s been pampered her whole life (and lives in a society where women don’t partake in military or any form of combat) is being misogynistic when she literally has lived like a sheltered child all her life. I’d find it even more unrealistic to have a fl who’s never seen war or done combat all of a sudden become experienced in it. The ml was (and still is, I believe) a military commander. He’s lived on the forefront of battle and spent half his life honing certain survival skills. It make sense that he’s knowledgeable about these sort of matters. To be honest it just sounds like you want to complain for the sake of complaining and want to make this about gender when it has nothing to do with it. An author who doesn’t write a strong fl is not automatically a misogynist. Please educate yourself. You sound dumb when you say shit like this.

I don't care if I sound dumb to you. I can voice my disappointment. She's portrayed so much like a stereotype. Like come on even if it's for comic relief....her wrecking a havoc cuz of hair, Instagram....that just doesn't sit well with me.

Why is FL portrayed as such a stereotypical bratty pampered lady....and this dude a total gentleman. That frustrates. FL frustrates me.

There's nothing really wrong with the manhwa, it just doesn't fit your taste and that's all. The FL is for me, a refreshing character since I've read too much about 'insecure FL' or 'FL who just doesn't care' that it's really feel fun reading about an FL who's a confident brat.

The ML is called an 'asshole' by the society just like how the FL were labeled a 'bitch'. While the ML is quite caring, the first moment he see her, he raises his sword first against her. Maybe he's just doesn't fit the society standard of gentleman.

Also, you calling the author misogynist just bcoz you don't like how Meridian was potrayed is just plain dumb

Preach sister. Some people don’t know the difference between opinion/criticism and hate. I honestly can’t stand the mentality that People have of what a strong fl Is supposed to be like. How does her not knowing how to kick ass and solve intricate mind puzzles like a genius make her a weak person. We’re humans, we complain, And have superficiality built into us and if someone doesn’t help us change then we won’t. She’s literally lived like a spoiled brat and obviously that has shaped up her character up to an extent. While she’s a little annoying, that’s about it and from my perspective it just gives her a larger margin of growth to go through to become a more likeable character. Anyways sorry for the rant, I totally agree with what you’re saying.

Thats exactly my thoughts. While its cool to have genius strong characters in the beginning, it leaves little room for character development and soon leaves the reader bored. There are many good manhwas where it goes well with having strong characters in the beginning but for this specific genre and plot, it wouldn't be as entertaining is the characters where perfect in the beginning.

Let me spoil you some more lol He will come to her rescue and save her life honestly because by how brutal her mother was I think she could end up dead otherwise... Also she will stay at the Duke's manor until she gets well (she is bedridden at the beginning if I remember correctly ).

I was thinken that the mom definitely has mental issues to be beating her daughter and servants as horribly as she does...I mean that must come as quite a shock to everyone when her own Mom treats her that way especially since she'll be the Duke's mother in law.

He calls her mother out of respect but they are much closer in age how could he ever think of her as a mother? If anything she's like a big sister. However it would be weird if she liked him because due to her mental age she definitely sees him as a son.
