Yeah and the FL is like only a year younger than him but why was she never in a relationship before. See in mangas its only always the guy who is experienced, never the girl, its annoying.

She has a disability. That is a very real reason why someone would struggle in relationships like that as a young person. And I'm saying that as a disabled person myself. That's part of her story is coming out of the bubble she's been in and discovering the world.
He has lived a well traveled life so far, he has more experience than her. That's always been the story here. So yes it would make sense that he's had a relationship before.
Also weird you're getting so defensive bc the way you worded your original comment was as if him being in a relationship before ever even knowing her is akin to idk cheating??

Now lets act like we dont know how japanese authors have a weird obsession with „purity“ when it comes to the female leads! Of course i would not have a problem with him having an Ex Gf if she had someone too, its just that in tired of this „virgin FL x experienced ML“ trope. I want them Both to be experienced or neither. And that is definitely not „weird“ of me.
Also if the FL had an Ex too it would break the cliche of disabled people having no love life.
You can relax, im just dissapointed because i hate the trope and the story was going so well before throwing in the typical Ex-drama

There’s also Oushi too. He had a meltdown over Yuki just talking to Itsuomi and tried to sabotage her. I wouldn’t be surprised if we learn that other guys did like Yuki but Oushi got in the way and ruined her chances.

I totally understand your point, but the plot here has always been that Itsuomi is much more experienced than Yuki-- in almost every facet. We didn't know how much dating experience, in specific, he'd had, but this is only one more point in an already big list, so... idk about you, but to me it just feels in line with the manga's theme.

I think you should just avoid reading anything historical centric if that’s enough for an ick lol. Especially with us living in the moderns days that struggle to understand how people in the past lived. The best we can do is to be understanding of the setting and try not to let our modern day bias completely ruin the reading experience.

Everybody has things they like and things they dislike about a story, that doesnt mean they hate the entire Story! I will definitely continue reading because its NORMAL that a manhwa is not 100% perfect to ones personal standards. Yet here you are telling me to avoid manhwa likes these and making a big deal out of it when I literally said that „its not that deep“ because its just a small fact I dont like. Its fine! Im sorry its just that im used to people attacking me every time I critisize a manhwa or say I dislike something everyone is like „well dont read it then“. If I hate something so much that I would drop the story I would already do so and I would not waste my time in the comment section.
