Where did you find that out? I've been reading this manga from the beginning and own every single volume of the manga, but I don't remember that being the case. I might need to refresh my mind, but the only girl I remember from Ren's past is the one involving his past trauma. I don't think that was his girlfriend though.

Oh I see. That's just something said by those characters to point out the way Ren acts whenever it comes to Kyoko compared to previous relationships (his first time in love is with Kyoko after all). To answer your previous questions, it's obvious Ren doesn't care about his previous relationships at all, and was never serious about them. Also, no previous girlfriends ever show up given how little importance they have to the story. Maybe one will show up later if the author wants to add some drama or drag the story for another decade or so.
