Okay so basically the 2nd male lead (he’s the guy who the female lead is supposed to seduce) notices that the male lead is taking advantage of the female lead. And he’s more suspicious of the male lead because he’s not treating her like a sister but like a lover. And since he thinks that they’re actual siblings he’s upset about it and offers the female lead to stay with him in his territory. And the female lead accepts his offer to be with him. This upsets the male lead because he’s in the process of understanding that his feelings for the female lead. Also there’s more context to this and how much he’ll suffer without her. So I’d recommend looking up “ high class society novel spoilers” to understand it more.

I doubt it's Sion, unfrotunately there weren't any spoilers on the novelupdates forum but someone had posted an image of the second novel cover with them being older. It has MC, Sion, and a blonde guy (assumingly the prince).
Sion was standing next to MC with his arms crossed, MC was sitting on something with her back towards Sion. The prince was kneeling/sitting and in a pose implying he was putting on her shoes for her, and she was looking at him.
Just from general experience of reading these stories, it does unfortunately imply that Sion is a 2nd ML whereas the prince is the true ML. I personally would hope the two (Sion and MC) would stay platonic on both sides, but eh, don't expect it.
Funnily enough, Sion was dressed up in more of a knightly outfit than that of a researcher. It seems like MC changed the future in more ways than one. (Maybe, idk, this is just based on the cover)
