In the manga the girl doesn't even exist so you def don't have to worry about that !! (▰˘◡˘▰) Theres never any scenes like that and I would def recommend you read it from the beginning to see the actual characterization of the members and their interactions!!
Im so glad omg why did they even put her in the anime it was disturbing…maybe they put it to show that Tamaki has physical relationships with other girls?? I thought the host club was only there to flirt and drink tea lmao but i read someone that Tamaki does everything to make women happy…which also means doing you know what?
