Just read V5 japanese tankouben that came out a couple days ago and there's a really cute extra at the end. Shirotani hears two of his coworkers chatting and notices that the one that's a sempai calls his kouhai by his first name. On one of their coffee dates Kurose asks if Shirotani always calls those younger than him -san or -kun. Of course it's a very Shirotani (who uses a lot of polite speech) thing to do so. Kurose says he calls those younger by their first names. Then there's several pages of Shirotani trying and failing to call him Riku (his first name) and mostly just spinning it off into other stupid sentences that also start with Riku (request, etc) because he just can't do it. Kurose tells him just to be his usual self, and when he calls him Kurose-kun, Kurose replies, "What is it? Tadaomi-san" and of course Shirotani freaks out and asks HIM to just be his usual self.
They're cute, this couple.

Where can I read it online please?ヾ(☆▽☆)
The thing I love best about this manga is that the relationship is surprisingly realistic for a yaoi manga. When you're in a long term relationship (they've been dating seriously three years but technically have been in love for more than 5) it's not all sunshine and roses, and I don't mean of the manufactured love triangle type. They both have complicated emotions about what family means and how romance plays into that. Hase technically doesn't even dither around that much, even though it seems like forever because we have to wait for manga updates, he's probably only been pulling away for a couple days, and his mentioning his "type" when winning the contest is another love confession. It makes me sad that people are dumping on Hase here, he does have some real concerns and yes sometimes you do the wrong thing and can be an asshole to the person you're with, I do think that they are generally good for each other (I love that they are always making each other laugh- that is one of the most important things to have in a long term relationship!) but this story has always been about how Hase is a really shitty communicator and is learning to change.
Also I've never felt like Nishina has been a valid love rival, I think he's an insecure guy who had his heart broken and has projected onto Naoto. Naoto loves Hase and they are clearly end game, I think the arc of this second storyline is mostly about societal expectations of marriage/long term relationship and the potential ostracization that comes from a community that is still strongly homophobic
Well said! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Yeah, you're right. But still, that "trial and error" from Taichi attitude will hurt Nao a lot in the future . Noone can change their nature easily. But, maybe one day, a little mistake can be fatal. But yeah, just see how this story end.
My experience, i preffered to be with a guy who love me and treat me better. I never once looked back. I said "let's just be friend from now on" to the one who threw me away when he said he want to come back to me. Now, i'm happy with the same guy i preffered , but my ex still the same : hurting his partners all the time.
Lol some guys never learn
