One tip, have your google translate app on your phone and have the webtoon on your laptop and then in your google translate phone app click on the camera and choose the languages from Chinese to English and it will translate it for you! translate the Chinese words that appear in your camera. it will not be as perfect as the team's translation but you will get the gist and main and many times simple sentences are used in the manhwa so they will be translated perfectly by the application.

Well i don't remember when he did it (Mark Keith) or why he did it but it ( i'll search it bcs now i have questions too it don't make sense hahahaha if u remember the chapter let me know) but i remember that Keith was mad bcs when an alpha is marked can't have seggs with anybody else who's not that omega and their pheromones (alpha one's) don't work anymore unless with that omega, so as you figured yup it's something like that, he needs to find out who did it to fix that.
So about the last omega, the thing is i don't remember that they said anything about last relationships, but there's a character "Angel" that it's the white haired one, who's an omega and give birth to Keith, it's a really extravagant character like, innestable and Keith hates him wich explain a little why he hates omegas

Would it be really unfair for him? Life is unfair so you must get used to this.” Yeon answers “An omega that u don’t know marked you and left, was it really unfair? sure, u’re right life is unfair”
He start to tease Keith questioning if the wine’s good and he seduce Keith, Keith tells him that he’s only for him and tell him to say it, and both says that be like this with each other is what they wanted (Yeon lied, and he thinks that he need to escape bcs he's making him doubt about revenge) so Yeon ask him to take a little break from seggs, ask for a pudding Keith tells “God, why don’t you name Pudding to your son?” and while he goes to get it Yeon drug the wine, Keith drink it, says it taste weird and suddenly starts to feel bad, then Yeon confess he put some medicine, and tells him that he did it bcs he just wanted to fuck him and confesses that he marked him, he says “i told you i wouldn’t forgive you if u use your pheromones with me (he’s talking about the time Keith raped him), I’ll get rid of the kid, and you wont be able to have kids with anyone unless i die, you won’t be able to have you’r own omega, i’m not that unfair we just exchanged positions” aaaaaand he scape (What a badass revenge i love his sharp tongue)
