It's a manga, I'm not justifying anything, thinking that using fiction as a way to gauge a person's morals is actually a shitty thing do period because that actually means shit in the long run. I'm not saying you can't feel uncomfortable, nor does that mean your mean your feelings aren't valid, but there's definitely a difference between a fictional story where adults can tell the difference between fiction and reality and children who can't. That's why adults get more complex stories than just the main characters holding hands or fighting all the time. Because adults should be able to understand that even thought this wouldn't be a healthy relationship in real life, it's something they can explore safely, if they want, in fiction. If this isn't your cup of tea, simply drop it and don't make a big stink about it, it's not going to actually stop people from making stories ESPECIALLY when you read them illegal websites, there's tons of sweet and "consensual" romance stories on this website you can read without bothering everyone else's reading experience.
