Although I did enjoy the main story and wished the side stories gave us more abt the couple and their babies, I actually enjoyed side stories. Yes I understand that it was a bit weird at first but the end does show how it connected to the main story and we get to see that they did in fact live each other although their relationship was a bit rough in the first story. Sia says at the end that she wished in the next life, that she wouldn’t want to meet but if it was possible than she wished to be with him, and we see in the main story that heeyoun is the one to like her first, showing that he did in fact love her. It’s like they say, they loved each other just wrong timing. Maybe I may be reading too much but that’s my self interpretation of the side stories!
Also to add on a bit, this isn’t usually what I enjoy reading but the side stories gave me chills in a good way, like the way everything connects at the end JUST WOW
