seo haeyeongs the ml and yes they end up tgt. the other two just sort of drifted apart and went on with their lives and with NO consequences at all. like they almost completely disappeared from the story. seo haeyeong tho kinda went mad (even crazier than he already is) at some point. basically, the 3 of them thought mc died at one point in the story when they saw him fall off a cliff or sth. haeyeong started having hallucinations and also started harming himself when he couldnt accept the fact that mc was dead. (which he isnt btw. he was just hiding in some rural area after being taken in by some guy who is neither a possible love interest nor just another crazy guy). eventually ofc haeyeong found him again and then theres this small chasing arc that takes place in that village where mc was staying. not sure if u can call this a chasing arc cos mans not gonna do a 180 degree but he did try to change ig. the craziness is still there. he was just better at concealing it to win mc back. mc started having internal turmoils when he thought 'his haeyeong' was back. eventually tho he started accepting how he cant live without haeyeong and vice versa and thats how they end up tgt.
if u want to hear abt any redemption arc, theres close to none. the beatings dont happen anymore in the epilogues where theyre living tgt. the jealousy and possessiveness are there but ml controls himself better bcos mc had anxiety attacks when he starts getting aggressive. however, seo haeyeong does suffer (definitely not as much as mc. its not even close but) he burned his hand and left an ugly scar. he has self induced cuts/ bruises, hallucinations and nightmares (basically he lost his mind when he thought he lost mc). btw im not defending him in ANY way. just in case u misunderstood

BUT WTF!? I WANT THOSE BASTARDS HAVE A SLOW AND PAINFUL DEATH. I WAS KINDA HAPPY ON THE RECENT CHAPTERS WHERE MC TOLD THAT HAEYOUNG BASTARD THAT HE HATES HIM WHILE SMILING. THAT WAS BRAVE OF HIM. I WANT THEM DEAD. THE MC SUFFERS SO MUCH THAT I JUST WANT TO CRAWL ON THE MANHWA AND KILL THOSE BASTARDS SPECIALLY THAT HAEYOUNG ASSHOLE. I'M CRYING ON EVERY CHAPTERS.
