In ch 19 you can see Chiwoon pulling his pants, also they are talking about “don’t do a thing that you may regreat”. So, the author said “incident” and “sexual crime” and I remember reading that she confirmed that it was rape, so yeah when I read it I was confused too because I was thinking that he just beat up him and that’s all but when I read that the “sexual crime” was rape I understand the whole plot.
