His whole being is tied up to being a gangster, he thinks himself worthless if he’s not a gangster.
Ian is willing to love him, but he has wants and needs that are very different than what TJ can and wants to give.
The only way out I see is for this to end in tragedy.
Realistically TJ will never be able to give up that lifestyle and if he were to somehow manage, he’d be miserable and blame Ian.
Any way you look at it, those two don’t work together.
But I also don’t see any chemistry between Ian and Jo. I feel like Ian sees Jo as a way out. A person who’s not involved in that lifestyle so he can give him what he wants, and Jo, well he took a picture of a random guy and he was smitten?
I know it’s not going to happen, but I’d like for Jo and Ian to end up alone or to find other love interests that are not each other.

Ian never saw Jo as a second option.....he left because he didn't wanna risk Jo being in danger and we have a chapter of him believing that he is the worst implying that he doesn't think he deserves Jo and feeling can change. The bond between Ian and TJ will always be there but that doesn't mean Ian can't truly come to love Jo. He left on his own accord to protect Jo so how could he be seeing Jo as a way out when he was willing to settle for less and try one last time with TJ.....this is my perspective tho. I truly don't think Jo is a way out for Ian.

People keep asking what makes MC so appealing to everyone and I just remembered an episode of SVU where a girl was victimized again and she said something along the lines of “do I have a sign on my forehead” or some such to which the replay was that victims are more prone to Being re-victimized ( I could be misremembering completely, but it sounded fitting for this story).
MC was assaulted way back by that old man and in Criminal Minds there was an episode where Gideon said something along the lines of the victims not screaming out because they didn’t think they deserved to be saved (again paraphrasing). It was stated in the very beginning that MC looks strong but is actually a crybaby. I think his self worth is low snd he doesn’t think highly of himself thus making himself an easy target unfortunately. His experiences have shaped him even if he’s not aware because he’s been trying to survive this whole time.
It’s actually very bleak, but it’s the apocalypse, I guess.

it could just be poor writing from the manga author too. It didn't make sense to me when the MC walked out into the middle of the street naked and injured, then shortly after he was sexually assaulted by 3 strangers passing by. I see the situation that he wanted to have his clothes back, but going out in the middle of the street in the middle of an apocalypse full of zombies? I don't see any sense in the sense of realistic choices

No Raphael and Rowan this chapter :(
But we got to see Daniel. Remember Daniel?
I never thought I’d ever see Alcatraz depicted in a manwha.
Here’s chapter 28, enjoy!

When I read the summary, I immediately thought of the castrati from history. They were castrated before puberty in order to retain a singing voice that is not possible to achieve by post-pubescent males or females.
