2. I actually like Helios…and I feel like she should tone it down a bit w him, though he’s weird for acting like he want Hestia!! Diana is selfish ASF, Helios don’t deserve that.
Personally I think Helios deserves it. Just cause Diana was Kael's love doesn't mean Helios isn't to blame. It's like that blame the mistress but not the husband logic when clearly both are at fault. Helios grew up with Kael and Kael was Helios's confidant, right hand man and best friend. Yet cause of Diana, he betrayed Kael and turned a blind eye when society abandoned Kael. In fact, Kael took the blame not only cause he loves Diana but also cause he treasures Helios. Even after Helios repented, he sought for a safe haven aka Hestia despite knowing she's Kael's wife. Hestia loves Kael more than her own life, I'm not surprised she hates Helios who turned a blind eye and was part of what drove Kael's death.

Hmm... That's true I understand from your pov but I also understand Hestia's pov, after all Kael did die in the previous life. Suicide seems more severe than a failed relationship especially if that death is a loved one, in my opinion. Love is irrational and like you said, you can't help whom you love (Hestia loves Kael thus would not forgive). Plus Hestia doesn't really "attack" Helios that much anymore, the main focus is Diana. It's just that Helios still wants to protect her so... It's a conscious decision on his end that protecting Diana means being facing the wrath of Hestia's plans as well. Also, imagine all that but liking Hestia.
If I were Hestia, I'd hate Helios. The man who pushed the one I love to suicide likes me but still protects the other person who is the main drive for that suicide. A bad rs isn't gonna cut it.
