joy of having children, ya say?... kids are adorable and deserve all the love and care they can get buuuuuut, personally, i've never once thought that i'm mentally stable enough nor have enough patience or anger-management skills to be a mom (just like my parents, yay!)... or a partner tbh.
my parents don't care about that... even when they know that they're a huge part of why i'm like that. they just don't want me to be alone when i'm old... and they want their friends and relatives to stop asking them about when i'll get married and have kids bc "women run on a timer" (i'm still in my early 20s).
i get why they say that, i really do, but they need to understand that my capability to give birth to a child does not equate to my capability to become a good parent. i don't want to start something just bc of fomo or future regret... my hypothetical kids don't deserve that kind of insincerity.
Exactly, that's a very responsible attitude, but somehow people don't appreciate it enough. Not everybody can and should be a parent. It's a full-time job, a commitment for life, not just giving birth (although that is hard enough as it is!)

i don't remember the titles bc i read them back in 2016-17 on wattpad (they were og stories, not ff) but the female alpha d thing depends on the author. some have both v and d, some have retractable d that turns into v, some have d only, some have v only (such manhwas have alphas marrying eo for power and status, and the families tend to oppose their alpha kid marrying an omega).
with manhwa, fargo ("love is an illusion" creator) has one with a female alpha and male omega where the woman had a d (their relationship progress was frustrating to read tho). that's the only manhwa i know with that dynamic :')
