Hmm I actually don’t know the age of the omega either. But there may be an alternative reason for why he looks like that? An option could be that usually ALL omegas are small and petite, cute, etc. And alphas could particularly be tall and big. That’s usually the set norm of omegaverse (of course it doesn’t apply to every story since every creator is free to make it differently)
